Policies

No persons under the age of 17 are allowed into our theater on Friday or Saturday evenings for showtimes scheduled at 9 P.M. or later for ANY movie unless accompanied by a parent or guardian age 21+ present to watch the entire movie with them. No drop-offs.
Valid I.D. and ticket must be presented upon request at anytime throughout the evening.
No refunds given for ejections.
No children under the age of 2 allowed in the theater.
No child tickets sold for R-rated features. Canal Place Cinema 7 bears no responsibility for determining what movies are suitable for your minor child(ren), you are strongly encouraged to review content before taking an underage child to an R movie.
No smoking, vaping, outside food, or drinks allowed
No loitering in the lobby or outside the theater. Once you have exited the theater you must purchase another ticket to re-enter the theater.
Videotaping any feature is a federal offense.
Kindly turn cell phones to silent, vibrate, or do not disturb during movie feature.
No loud talking during movies.
No refund on tickets sold.
Management reserves the right to refuse the sale of tickets and the right to search any bags belonging to patrons.
No rainchecks issued
